From this astonishing alchemy which transforms the year's labor into wine : the alcoholic fermentation. We work in the cellar in order to bring out the most beautiful expressions of the grape and the typicality of the terroir.
The whole range of wines on sale at our cellar is produced in our cellars at the Antoine Ehrhart Estate in Wettolsheim. The latter ensures the entire wine making process : grape selection, pressing, vinification, aging, monitoring and maturation.
It is naturally that the roles are distributed according to their characters. Thereby :
The Sylvaner represents the Valet,
The Pinot Blanc and the Pinot Noir are the Knights,
The Pinot Gris is the Marquis.
The Muscat is the Princess,
The Riesling is the King and the Gewurztraminer the Queen !
The Antoine Ehrhart Estate presents a very rich palette of wines, made from the seven alsacian grape varieties, but is constatntly looking for innovation and originality, which is why traditionnal bottles stand alongside special series born from the mood of the vine and the winemaker.
Each vintage has its own color, its character and its moment !
